Seeing coins like $RIVER, my advice is to stay away. These types of coins follow a pattern: if you short, the funding fees will be continuously eaten away, which is what they want; if you go long, you risk a sudden crash at any time, trapping you on both ends. Pay special attention to coins that only have contract trading on Binance Chain and no spot trading—these setups are essentially designed to trap retail investors. They create an asymmetric trading environment that makes you lose no matter how you operate. Instead of getting entangled in such coins, it’s better to invest your time and funds into projects with good liquidity and genuine ecosystems. Staying away from these schemes is the most direct way to protect yourself.

This kind of coin has been everywhere for a long time. A contract without the actual asset is just a clear scam. Don't touch it.

No spot market in the contract? This is just a slaughterhouse, kill one with each one.
