#数字资产市场动态 Litecoin has not been having a good time lately. On January 19th, the price dropped by 6.54% in one go, and the market is still digesting the aftermath of the hacker incident at the beginning of the month. Interestingly, institutional enthusiasm has not waned.

Whale accounts have been active frequently recently, and last week, Litecoin-related ETF products attracted about $2 million in new funds. It’s like saying—prices are going down, but smart money is flowing in. Trading volume on that day soared to $1.1 billion, and open interest reached $635 million, numbers not seen since July 2025.

Large investors are clearly positioning at low levels, paving the way for a possible rebound. However, short sellers are not idle either, and short-term selling pressure remains significant. The $52 level is a key support, with RSI and MACD both indicating oversold conditions. The next move will likely depend on whether these whales can truly drive a rebound or if the bears continue to control the pace.

Whales are aggressively accumulating at low levels, this rhythm is quite something.

Whales are frantically accumulating at low levels; we need to keep up with this rhythm. If $52 can't be broken, the rebound might have to wait a bit longer. What kind of move is putting 2 million into ETFs? Big institutions are placing a bet. The harder the decline, the more aggressively smart money enters. This is the difference between retail investors and whales. When the technical indicators are oversold, it's truly oversold—it's all about the whales' resolve.

nah, classic ltc playbook tbh. hackings, whale accumulation, oversold technicals... i've literally seen this movie before. question is whether these "smart money" moves are actually smart or just another way to say "we're catching falling knives." 52 support holding or nah? that's the real tell imo.

The whale is sucking, I want to suck too, but my wallet is crying... Can 52 dollars hold?
