This round of Warden airdrops is indeed a bit outrageous. The usual process should be to understand everything clearly before deciding whether to participate, but here it's the other way around — you have to pay to register first to find out if you're eligible for the airdrop. What's even more frustrating is that you have no idea how much you'll actually receive in the end, let alone whether you'll be able to recover your registration fee. This model puts participants in a passive position of information asymmetry from the start, with all the risks on the users. Many people are now complaining, feeling that this design is indeed not very reasonable.
