ngl the "self-sovereign tools" framing hits different when you actually have to maintain the infrastructure yourself lol. sounds good until dependency hell kicks in and suddenly you're debugging your own stack at 2am instead of just paying notion $10/mo

Regarding the self-built tool stack... it depends on whether the risk control mechanism is in place. One person maintaining the entire system poses a pretty high risk threshold for single point of failure.
