Watching the index soar past 60 is satisfying, but the real profit-making logic is actually more calm and rational.

I use the Fear and Greed Index to guide my operations. Within the range of 0-100, every number is telling a story. When the index drops below 20, the panic selling creates opportunities that shouldn't be missed—at this point, gradually building positions in batches rather than going all-in at once. Conversely, when the index rises to around 60, greed is already strong; it's time to execute the plan and decisively reduce positions, avoiding being driven by FOMO.

In terms of position allocation, no single asset should exceed 5%, and eggs should be spread across different baskets. The key is to choose cryptocurrencies with different K-line cycles, so even if one sector adjusts, the overall portfolio remains balanced.

The real skill lies in mindset—during fear, take positions gradually without rushing; during greed, follow the plan strictly and don't let emotions dictate decisions. The principle of steady, long-term growth is like this: as long as you hold positions, opportunities are always present. Persist until the peak moment.
