Recently, the trend in the blockchain circle has been quietly changing. People are moving away from solely chasing speed and hype narratives, and are starting to ask a more practical question: Is this really useful? Can it be implemented?

The Dusk project happens to be at this turning point. It didn't choose to oppose regulation, nor did it pretend these issues don't exist. Instead, it directly incorporated privacy and compliance into the protocol layer. It may sound conservative, but upon reflection, this is actually a very pragmatic approach.

For example, in terms of privacy. Dusk's approach isn't to make everyone completely anonymous—which would be impossible to bypass regulation. Instead, it finds a balance between "what needs to be disclosed" and "what needs to be protected." This way, institutions are willing to use it, regulators can accept it, and neither side is offended.

Finance is a special sector. Unlike other industries, it can't just innovate freely. Laws, regulations, privacy, and trust are all intertwined. Projects that truly want to grow big don't try to bypass these complexities; they seek to solve them.

From the perspective of ecosystem development, we can also see this long-term mindset. It's not about rushing to create concepts or attract traffic, but about patiently building infrastructure, refining developer tools, and finding real application scenarios. This approach is slow but solid.

When blockchain truly matures, it won't be about TPS or flashy parameters. It will be about whether it can connect with the real world. From this perspective, Dusk has found a promising direction.

Hey, finally a project is not pretending anymore, directly making peace with regulators. This is what I want to see, stop with all the superficial stuff. Institutions really need this kind of "obedient" infrastructure, Dusk's move has made things clear. Speed and parameters are outdated; now it's a race to see who can survive the longest.

Hey, that's more like it. Finally, someone sees through it. Basically, you need to find the point where it connects with the real world.

Oh, this is what I want to see. Don't just focus on empty talk.

Someone finally explained it thoroughly. The old guys in Bitcoin have long understood this principle. --- To be honest, compliance is definitely not as "conservative" as it seems; in fact, it's the smartest approach. --- Regulatory friendliness ≠ lack of privacy. Dusk's balance point is indeed thoughtfully considered. --- The blockchain industry is too impatient, constantly talking about TPS and claiming to disrupt finance. Wake up, everyone. --- I just want to know how many truly usable financial applications are not just theoretical exercises. --- Projects that focus on building solid infrastructure are actually more worth paying attention to. --- Haha, those who dodge regulation will eventually be cooled off. It's more sustainable to be honest and focus on building tools. --- Privacy and compliance are not mutually exclusive. This should have been the way to design protocols from the start. --- It feels like Dusk understands the essence of finance, rather than just pursuing disruptive innovation. --- The real thing institutional investors look at is this; otherwise, it will always be a gambling ground for retail investors.
