Has anyone ever thought about tokenizing geographic assets using blockchain? Imagine splitting real-world assets into digital tokens through smart contracts; this is theoretically feasible. Although it involves complex geopolitical and legal issues, from a purely technical perspective, tokenization as a method of digitalizing assets indeed opens the door to many seemingly impossible things. Topics like this often spark discussions in the Web3 community—not necessarily about whether it can be achieved, but about what blockchain can change.

Tokenizing geographic assets sounds cool, but in reality, will those local governments let you do it? Haha

Tokenizing geographic assets sounds really cool, but how do we get past the legal hurdles? Feels a bit too idealistic.

In theory, there's no problem, but how do we cross the legal hurdle? Currently, even property on the blockchain is still in pilot testing, and tokenizing geographic assets still feels premature.

Tokenizing geographic assets sounds very romantic, but in reality, it's a mess... How to get past the legal hurdles?

Tokenizing geographic assets... sounds great, but when it comes to actual implementation, governments around the world will probably go nuts.
