What has the Perp DEX project experienced, from Hyperliquid to Solana and then to questions about team identity?

Abstract generation in progress

【Block Rhythm】Trove, a project focused on perpetual contract DEX, has recently caused a stir. The project was originally positioned within the Hyperliquid ecosystem and completed an ICO in early January, raising $11.5 million. However, just a few days later, a series of issues surfaced.

Community members uncovered numerous problems: the project team allegedly paid KOLs for promotion, with funds flowing into entertainment platform accounts; the ICO fundraising deadline was repeatedly changed, which is quite suspicious.

Even more outrageous— the project suddenly announced abandoning the Hyperliquid route and shifting to Solana to rebuild the entire Perp DEX. Meanwhile, the project team began selling off HYPE tokens, sparking dissatisfaction within the community. The official explanation was that LPs decided to close 500,000 HYPE positions due to “recent negative sentiment,” forcing a change in the project’s direction.

That’s not all. On-chain analysts started digging into the background of founder unwise. By analyzing related social media accounts, there is evidence suggesting that the project operations team may originate from the Kurdish region of Iran. The main basis for this judgment is that the Telegram accounts associated with unwise contain numerous group chats related to that region.

After a series of operations, the trustworthiness of this project can be imagined.

To be honest, this kind of job hopping is really incredible—first Hyperliquid, then Solana, and the founder's identity still a mystery. How can I believe it? The hype-driven moves were truly a trap; this is a typical prelude to project founders fleeing. With so many suspicious points in the team background, it feels like a Ponzi scheme struggling to survive. The Perp DEX track is already competitive, and wasting time on this kind of stunt is really a waste of time. Funding is not good, promotion is not good, and now they’re relying on turning to other methods to survive? Wake up, everyone.

Another warning sign before a rug pull? First HYPE, then Solana, this pace is really a bit rushed. Selling HYPE is probably setting a trap for oneself... The founder's identity is so ambiguous, how dare they buy this thing? Why do project teams always like to play these background mystery games? Hyperliquid to Solana, is this a shift or a逃跑? I think once trust is gone, it’s really hard to get back. Forget about promotion issues, just say they lack funds, and that’s it. This kind of identity cloud is the most disgusting. Where is the promised transparency? Who would still dare to take this bet... really.

Did Chain jump to sell HYPE? What kind of move is that, directly shorting the credit? --- From Hyperliquid to Solana and then to identity doubts, this storyline is truly ridiculous. --- Selling tokens to cash out, the community shouldn't trust you anymore. --- The founder's background is unclear, what makes people go all in? --- Lack of funds for promotion, and you still want to play Perp DEX? Wake up, everyone. --- Switching tracks isn't the problem, but the heavy sense of token dump and run is too obvious. --- I've never seen such a flashy move; changing chains even involves smashing your own tokens. --- The Iran background issue, in Web3, is really a trust killer. --- Community suffers heavy losses, but the project team is happily shifting focus. --- Hyperliquid→Solana→disappear, this roadmap is truly "spectacular."

Is this the same old story again? The promised Hyperliquid suddenly ran away to Solana and is now dumping HYPE? Man, your move is pretty bold. Choosing a chain by flipping a coin—this is the level of Perp DEX? Background doubts + funding issues + token dumping—this setup is the peak of competition within the sector. You should have asked the community before switching to Solana. Now it's too late to say anything. Can they turn things around after moving to Solana? I think it's unlikely.
