AI is fundamentally reshaping how product teams operate. One developer recently highlighted how AI-assisted coding tools have transformed their workflow—granting what they describe as 'superpowers' in productivity and problem-solving speed. The shift isn't just about faster iteration cycles. It's changing the skill requirements, decision-making patterns, and the very relationship between technical and non-technical product roles. As these tools mature, PMs who leverage them effectively gain competitive advantage in shipping products faster and experimenting at scale.

NGL, this is the future. Product Managers who can't code will also be able to participate in decision-making, which is a bit scary.

NGL AI coding has been overdue, but there are only a few PMs actually using it, most are still slacking off.

Honestly, I'm tired of hearing this stuff... The real problem is that most people can't really use this thing well. Constantly shouting "superpowers" is just pushing repetitive work to AI. The brainpower truly needed still has to come from oneself.
