I use a whoop to measure HR and an Abbott Libre CGM to measure glucose. But the Libre app sucks ass so I had to use the Levels app in order to get some actionable insight off it. And then about a month ago it just randomly stopped supporting Libre, so I stopped using it, and ultimately Libre bc of this.
So today I changed all that. I just vibe coded my own app that not only gives me HR and CGM readings in one place, but also will help me monitor my supplement intake, has a newsfeed from longevity experts I follow, has my labwork connected to it so I can track progress against the daily data, and has an LLM chatbot connected to Opus 4.5 to help me analyze any questions I have on my data or health journey. All hosted on my own server. And its a PWA so I can save it on my homescreen like it's an app. All done over the course of 24 hours as a sidequest.
