On January 18, according to CoinDesk, Jason Atkins, co-founder and CEO of crypto market maker Auros, stated that the core concern in the current crypto market is shifting from "volatility" to "lack of liquidity": market depth is insufficient, and the number of real buy and sell orders available for trading is limited, which is suppressing institutional funds from further entering the market. He pointed out that institutions are more concerned about whether they can obtain stable quotes and enough counterparties during large transactions, rather than simply worrying about price fluctuations; if liquidity issues persist, it could weaken the market's capacity to support larger-scale capital and product expansion.
