#加密货币监管框架 I recently saw a news report saying that the "CLARITY Act" will be submitted to the Senate for discussion in January. It seems quite important? 🤔 But honestly, I’m a bit confused; the term "regulatory framework" sounds a bit complicated.

From the information available, it seems to be about clarifying what agencies like the SEC and CFTC are responsible for, and defining cryptocurrencies as securities or commodities. Looking at it from another angle, isn’t this just about setting rules for the entire market? It feels a bit like transitioning from the "wild growth" phase to the "formal regulation" phase.

Honestly, I’m not sure if this is good or bad for us newbies. 😅 On one hand, a clear regulatory framework might mean a safer market and fewer scammers? On the other hand, does it also mean some projects might face restrictions?

Can experienced traders help explain what tighter regulation might practically mean for ordinary retail investors and holders? I feel like such a major move could impact market sentiment and coin prices, but I haven’t figured out exactly how. Can someone give a beginner a simple explanation?
