The first day back after a holiday is really exhausting! Do you guys understand this feeling? Coming home feeling weak and exhausted, but still can't slack off—still have to produce content.
Recently, while browsing tweets, I noticed that the Sui ecosystem is becoming more and more lively. Many projects are quietly working hard, and since I haven't had many projects to write about lately, I decided to focus on Ferra @ferra_protocol, because quite a few big names are also paying attention to it. It should be good.
Actually, at first, I thought it was just an ordinary DEX. After a deeper look, I found out that its positioning is actually a “dynamic liquidity layer” on Sui.
Simply put, Sui previously faced issues of shallow liquidity and high slippage, but Ferra integrates different market-making models like DLMM and CLMM into one, essentially building an “intelligent dispatch system” for funds, allowing money to automatically go to the most needed places instead of just earning interest passively.
The two points I personally appreciate the most are:
First, the incentives are very tangible. They reserve 0.25% of the total tokens for creators and the Kaito ecosystem, and the TGE tokens are distributed directly without lock-up, so there's no long wait or guessing the rules.
Second, backed by the Sui ecosystem. Sui has always been reliable in airdrops and early incentives, executing well, which gives a sense of security compared to many sluggish ecosystems.
It doesn't rely on short-term high APR hype; instead, it focuses on building solid foundational infrastructure. I think this steady and reliable approach is more suitable for long-term attention. After all, in DeFi, in the end, it's about solid product strength.
Keep producing content, guys. When you're tired, drink more water and take a break. If you find anything new, come back and chat! #Ferra #SuiNetwork
