Haha, this is our daily practice in the crypto world. The more we ponder, the more hair we lose. Laughing to death, both excited and anxious. Basically, we're just gambling on this wave of market movement. Bear market meditation, bull market dance, now we're just practicing Tai Chi. Instead of watching the market every day, it's better to understand the fundamentals of your holdings—whether the gameplay, economic model, and retention data are all solid. The rise and fall cycles are essentially market clearing; projects with sustainable growth logic will survive the next round, while those relying on harvesting retail investors and stacking data will eventually fade away.
