#稳定币 I recently came across some news that got me a bit excited🤔 Is the Federal Reserve about to relax restrictions on crypto businesses? I saw that Fed Governor Waller is particularly focused on stablecoins and DeFi, and even said that stablecoins are "a new form of private currency," which feels like a real shift in attitude.

But to be honest, I’m still a bit confused now, so I want to ask everyone: what’s so special about stablecoins? Why are the Fed and banks paying so much attention to them? I used to think all coins were volatile and unpredictable, but I heard that stablecoins are stable? How do they maintain their value? Is it similar to USDT?

Also, will friendlier policies have any practical impact on a newbie like me? Will buying and selling become safer and more trustworthy? Or will stablecoins become easier to obtain? Can any experts explain or recommend some beginner resources😅 I feel like I have a big knowledge gap, but it’s also a good time to learn since policies are changing~
