According to Financefeeds, Trust Wallet stated that its Chrome browser extension has been temporarily removed from the Google Chrome Web Store, causing a delay in the release of an updated version originally intended to support recent security incident victims. Trust Wallet CEO Eowyn Chen said the delay is due to technical issues with the Chrome Web Store and not a new security breach. The official reminder is to be cautious of fake extensions until the extension is restored and re-listed.
