I have been fighting in the live trading of futures for a full 90 days, starting with 1400U. During this period, the only word to describe it is——twists and turns.
When my five times of capital were reduced to only 200U, my mentality was at its worst. But it was also in these five times that two of them doubled, and the other three achieved over 50% profit. Now, in the fifth round, I am approaching the boundary of doubling again. Along this journey, I have experienced arrogance from consecutive wins, panic from continuous drawdowns, and a gambler's mentality of risking everything. To be honest, I have managed to hold on until now, and luck has played a significant role.
My leverage strategy has always remained the same——when trading mainstream coins like BTC and ETH, I set a fixed opening position of 14,000U, which is 10 times leverage on the principal. Regardless of whether the current account is profitable or losing, I never break this number. For smaller coins and exotic tokens, I relax the range to 1,000, 3,000, or 5,000.
Honestly, most people in the market follow this approach. Make a profit and want to expand, lose and rush to cut losses, ultimately either blowing up due to bad luck or losing everything in one shot. I am actually very clear in my mind that spot trading strategies—buying in panic and selling in greed—are the most friendly to ordinary people. But my capital limit prevents me from doing that. So I can only continue on the futures path, seeing whether it will lead me to success or failure.

Oh no, this is a classic case of "narrow escape," turning around with just 200U, which really shows that psychological resilience can be developed.
But honestly, playing mainstream coins with 10x leverage relies heavily not just on skill but also a lot on luck to survive until now.
Anyway, I wouldn't dare to play like that; I prefer to stick with spot trading, at least it ensures better sleep quality.
In these five rounds, you have twice doubled your investment, it seems the market is quite accommodating to you, don't be too greedy.
Just want to ask, will you continue to pursue the 14,000U figure later, or are you planning to adjust your strategy?

90 days from 1400U to 200U and then doubling again, how strong must this mentality be? To be honest, it's like betting your life; if you win, you brag, if you lose, you can't sleep.
But on the other hand, sticking to 10x leverage without moving is indeed impressive, much better than most people randomly adding positions. It's just easy to be blinded by FOMO, and in the end, you still have to rely on luck to get out of trouble.
Are you addicted to gambling now?
Isn't spot trading more appealing? Why play the happy roulette with futures?
I can imagine the collapse feeling during that 200U wave; if you hold on, you win.

Playing with 1400U for 90 days, going through 5 times of hitting 200, the mental resilience is incredible. This is the self-discipline of a gambler.
