Really, is it worth obsessively watching the market until your mentality explodes? HODL might be the highest form of trading. Sleeping while holding coins is more profitable than constantly trying to buy the dip—that's no lie. Hey, wait a minute, are you about to sell again... I'll watch you jump in next time. honestly? this is just insufficient validation of your own risk tolerance. most people quit when they should be auditing their strategy instead. the market doesn't care about your emotional state, only your portfolio does.

Really, looking at the chart makes my eyes hurt. Better to take a break. That being said, this wave of market行情确实容易让人心态炸裂。 I've also thought about lying flat, just a little itchy hands haha. In the end, HODL is still the best, messing around only leads to losses. Understand, watching the market确实是心理折磨。 Just close your eyes and don't look, and your sleep quality actually improves. This decision is spot on, a rational choice. You can make money without trading, it's called HODL.
