After the upgrade, I can't post any images in my status updates, not even the ones I previously posted. Now I also can't send images normally, it keeps prompting "Image sending failed," but I can send images in every community. This situation has persisted for several days. After submitting a ticket, customer service kept saying they were following up but nothing was resolved. If I want to urge for a response, I have to wait 24 hours. Originally, I could communicate directly with customer service in the ticket details, but now I have to switch to the communication record. Isn't that a bit redundant? It's very inconvenient for users. More importantly, the issue remains unresolved for a long time. So, what is the point of the update?
