During the PAW offline period, work is underway to rebuild the key parts of PAW security—signing and verification systems🛠️.
RSA (Rivest-Shamir-Adleman) and ECDSA (Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm) are currently common methods to prove "this authorization comes from the genuine key owner." ✅
Although quantum computing (computers that can solve certain problems faster in the future) is still widely used, over time, quantum computing is expected to weaken these old signature styles.
PAW is upgrading the system by switching to Dilithium-V. 🔐
Dilithium is a lattice-based post-quantum digital signature selected through the NIST Post-Quantum Cryptography Program (NIST = National Institute of Standards and Technology).
In simple terms👇 🔒Wallet ownership is always bound to your keys. ✍️Transactions still require valid signatures to transfer funds. 🧱The approval of the verifier is linked to the genuine operator, not to forged identities.
Avoid mandatory security migrations after quantum computing becomes practical⚛️ #PSW
