Trump issues a 48-hour "final ultimatum." Will Black Monday reoccur next week?

Yesterday, Trump posted again on social media—"Remember when I gave Iran a 10-day deadline? Either reach an agreement or open the Strait of Hormuz. Time is running out—only 48 hours left before disaster strikes."
