Let's be real—these projects aren't nonprofits. The devs and traders building this space are here to create value and profit from their work. That's just how it works.
The developer deserves to eat well. They're grinding on the code constantly, building solid tech that actually functions. Plus they've got real partnerships backing them up. Why shouldn't they benefit from their own creation? It'd be unfair to expect them to do all that heavy lifting for free.

I think developers can make money, they definitely need to eat.

That's how it should be. Why should people work for free? The code is so solid that earning profits is only natural.

Come to think of it, why should developers get free access? That logic makes sense.

Developers earning money is a matter of course; code isn't grown from cabbage.

NGL developers don't eat, how can they write code? Can't even pass this logic?

As long as developers can get by, don't bother with those hypocritical ideals.

Developers earn their living through their skills. Is there any problem with that? This is the normal business logic.
Exactly what I'd do too.
