Strategy Executive Chairman Michael Saylor stated that the company will not issue preferred perpetual bonds (digital credit) in Japan within the next 12 months, giving Metaplanet a one-year head start. Meanwhile, Metaplanet plans to launch two new digital credit products in Japan, “Mercury” and “Mars,” corresponding to Strategy’s STRK and STRC, with target yields higher than traditional bank deposits.
