#美SEC促进加密资产创新监管框架 Global Asset Migration Amid Policy Divergence

Recently, the market has been playing an interesting policy hedging game— the Federal Reserve cuts interest rates and releases liquidity, leading US non-essential consumer and small-cap stocks to rally in turn; meanwhile, Japan is doing the opposite by raising rates and strengthening the yen, causing hot money to start flowing back to Asia. This policy divergence is directly shaking up global capital flows, and the crypto market hasn’t been spared.

Three Directions Worth Watching

**Opportunity Window in the US Stock Cycle**
In a rate-cutting environment, risk assets become significantly more attractive. Historically, non-essential consumer stocks and small-cap growth stocks have been winners during rate-cut cycles, and this window remains open until 2026. The takeaway here is— the market is searching for growth expectations, and tech application tokens in crypto assets will also benefit.

**Chain Reaction of Yen Appreciation**
A stronger yen means arbitrage funds are retreating from emerging markets. Liquidity in Asia is under pressure, but this also creates value opportunities. During this round of adjustment, some wrongly sold-off assets may present entry opportunities.

**Bitcoin’s Safe-Haven Logic**
When policy uncertainty rises, Bitcoin often plays a defensive asset role. On the technical side, continual support comes from Ethereum ecosystem upgrades and new application rollouts. Some people are indeed buying the dip over the weekend, but the premise is that you must understand your own risk tolerance.

The core of allocation is to understand policy cycles and liquidity rotation— don’t let short-term volatility trap you.

A rate cut is a clear signal; when hot money is flowing chaotically, that's actually an opportunity to position yourself.

Policy hedging is played skillfully, but hot money still can't escape the curse of liquidity.

With rate cuts shaking things up this time, we really need to keep a close eye on the appreciation of the yen. When Asian liquidity gets squeezed, that's where the opportunity lies.

The interest rate cut arbitrage play is back again. It's always like this—hot money just follows the policy.
