[Crypto World] Ripple’s CTO David Schwartz has recently started running a validator node on the XRP Ledger again. His reasons are pretty straightforward: first, he had paused for a while and now needs to rebuild the infrastructure; second, he wants to optimize network latency and make the whole system more stable; third, it will help troubleshoot localized performance bottlenecks.
Actually, as early as August, he hinted at running this dedicated node. Later, he also announced an interesting decision—he plans to become an “Honorary CTO,” focusing more on his family and XRP projects that interest him. It seems that personally running a validator node now is also laying the groundwork for future technical developments.

Alright David, staying active even in retirement—this move is pretty sophisticated.
---
Another round of infrastructure maintenance show, you really know how to put on a performance.
---
The honorary CTO title sounds nice, let’s see what new tricks you can come up with.
---
How long have you been talking about optimizing latency? Is it really happening this time?
---
Personally running nodes—this is just setting an example for successors, classic veteran move.
---
Balancing family and project? Sounds nice, but in the end, you still have to worry about it yourself.
---
Node stability really needs to be taken seriously. Otherwise, no matter how strong the ecosystem is, it’s all just empty talk.
---
Hinted at it in August, only now taking action—feels like you’re choreographing your own exit.
---
Performance lag troubleshooting—finally, someone actually cares about this.
---
The honorary CTO jumping in to run nodes personally—this role is definitely a bit all over the place.

Honorary CTO sounds nice, but this guy still can't sit still... He goes out to run nodes and troubleshoot issues himself. This must be the so-called "retired but still working," haha.

Haha, the honorary CTO still has to run nodes themselves. How much free time do they have... No, actually, it shows they really still care about this project.
