#数字货币市场洞察 There are 4 days left until that critical moment, and the probability of a rate cut has now soared to over 90%. To be honest, the market has long been expecting a 25 basis point cut.

I've considered a few possible scenarios:

First, a 25 basis point cut—this is basically a done deal (99% probability). In this case, the market will most likely remain range-bound or see a small uptick. However, be wary of Powell's speech—if his comments are hawkish, there could be a short-term pullback, but it shouldn't be too dramatic.

Second, a direct 50 basis point cut—only a 1% probability, this would be a huge surprise. The current pricing doesn't account for this at all, so if it actually happens, the market will definitely go wild and the rally would be very strong.

Third, holding rates steady—this would be a major surprise. If expectations aren't met, sentiment could collapse instantly and the market could plunge below previous lows.

Fourth, a reverse 25 basis point hike—this would be a pure black swan event. If it actually happens, the market would get hammered, but the chances are basically zero.

My view? It's almost certainly going to be a 25 basis point cut; a 50 basis point cut only exists in theory.

If Powell keeps acting hawkish, I'm going all-in on shorts.

Powell's speech is the real trump card; 25 basis points are simply not enough.

Powell's mouth is the real risk point. Even though a rate cut seems certain, a single comment from him could shake everything up.

The biggest worry about Powell's speech is that he might say something inappropriate. The 25 basis points have already been fully priced in, so this situation is still uncertain.

Here we go again with this narrative, they think 25 basis points will bankrupt us? --- Every time Powell opens his mouth, retail investors get rekt—no surprise. --- 50 basis points? Dream on, wake up bro. --- Whether they cut or not, it's gonna dump anyway. In the end, it's always the big money that profits off us. --- It's been four days, I've already gone all in, betting on 25 basis points. --- If they really hold rates, I'm selling everything, not jumping off the cliff with everyone else. --- Expectations are set, but they're probably just pretending to be asleep. Up next is another round of choppy shakeouts. --- Who are they trying to fool with those paper numbers? Even with a “99% certainty” it still goes wrong. --- Black swan? Don’t make me laugh. Every time they say it’s unlikely, and yet it still crashes. --- Your analysis is more official than a press release. Might as well just tell me if it’s going up or down.

Powell really needs to say something positive, otherwise we'll get stuck again.

You can tell if Powell is going to stir things up as soon as he starts speaking. The 25 basis points have already been priced in, so now it just depends on whether he’s going to do something unexpected.
