#美联储重启降息步伐 I've always believed in one principle: focusing all your energy on one thing is far better than dabbling in everything.

It's just like investing—if you truly master one sector and hold onto a few core assets for the long term, the returns are often much more substantial than constantly chasing hot topics and frequently rebalancing your portfolio. Especially now, with the Federal Reserve shifting its policies and increased macroeconomic volatility, it takes even more discipline.

$BTC $ETH These mainstream assets are essentially friends of time. Instead of spreading yourself thin and feeling anxious, it's better to focus and cultivate deeply. Extreme focus will eventually give you the answers.

That's true, but the real challenge is that knowing is easy, doing is hard. How many people can truly withstand the volatility?

That's right, focus is key. I've been doing the same, holding BTC for so many years that I've already put my phone down.

Absolutely right, you have to have discipline. Back then I was swapping coins every day, but after a year I made less than the guys who just lay flat and hodled. It's unbelievable. --- As for the Fed cutting rates, at the end of the day, you have to see if what you’re holding is worth keeping. I’m all in on BTC and ignore all the flashy stuff. --- Spreading your attention is really the biggest poison in investing. Now I just hold mainstream coins tightly, and my mindset is actually much calmer. --- This theory works for anything, but very few people can truly do it. Sticking with it is really hard. --- $BTC $ETH is for long-term holding, that’s it. Everything else is just noise. When volatility is high, you need to close your eyes even more. --- I feel like focus is easy to talk about but really tests human nature when it comes to execution. If you're always thinking of cutting losses after a few days of drops, you’re basically done for.

That's right, you have to hold on tightly to a few core assets and never let go. People who frequently switch positions end up earning nothing and actually pay a lot in fees. Bitcoin and Ethereum are really assets you can profit from just by holding.

Focusing on a specific track is indeed more stable than trying a bit of everything, but the problem is that most people simply can't stick with it...

That's right, these days it's really all about self-discipline. I only realized this after getting burned by frequently switching positions. --- The idea of focusing and digging deep really resonates with me. Too many people are just greedy and end up not truly understanding anything. --- The Fed rate cut is here, but I think what's more important than policy is whether you have the patience to hold on. That's the real test. --- Just stick to BTC and ETH, don't mess with all that flashy stuff. Time will prove everything. --- Anxiety is definitely the enemy of investing. Now I don't even look at it, just go about my business.

That's true, but very few people can actually stick to it. I've seen quite a few people talk about staying focused, but as soon as the market fluctuates, they start FOMOing again.
