Yesterday I touched LUNC, luckily I reacted quickly—noticed something was wrong, cut my losses, and got out immediately. This coin is really weird, the volatility is ridiculously high, it’s totally not suitable for short-term trading.
Around 4 a.m., it shot straight up to 0.707. Keep in mind, the day before it was still hovering below 0.03, so this move was a 1.5x jump.
But there’s a pretty strange detail—the price surged so much, yet the funding rate didn’t spike? Instead, it went back to normal levels. Did all the shorts get wiped out? But if everyone’s holding longs, by right someone should have started dumping to cash out. So, with the current movement, could it be that some big players are quietly accumulating?

Oh my, this round of LUNC is really being heavily manipulated. The funding rate hasn't gone up with it, which is just ridiculous.

Wow, this coin is crazy—shot up 1.5x overnight and no one dumped, really unbelievable.
It's even weirder that the funding rate hasn't moved. Feels like the whales are planning something big.
LUNC is basically a casino, better stay away from it.
Should've just watched and done nothing during that 4am spike.

LUNC is basically a casino, but the funding rate is actually dropping? Feels like someone is manipulating things behind the scenes.

Damn, this abnormal funding rate is actually the scariest part—it feels like it's hinting at something.
All the people who could be squeezed by this LUNC meme coin have already been squeezed, but now it's starting to pump instead. Could it be that a real whale is entering the market?
Cutting losses was the right move. Coins like this are just a casino—don’t expect to make money from them.
If it pumps to 0.707, it’ll double instantly. There’s definitely something shady going on behind the scenes; small retail traders should stay away.
The funding rate staying flat is even weirder. It’s either the calm before a dump, or someone is really quietly accumulating.
If some big money is stealthily building a position this time, just sit back and watch the show.
That spike to 0.707 must have scared everyone stupid—that’s just how LUNC operates.

Oh man, this coin is really shady. I almost got trapped too.
It’s crazy that the funding rate didn’t spike. Something feels off.
Are big players quietly accumulating? I’ve seen this play out before—dangerous.
Better stay away from LUNC, it’s too easy to get rekt.

From 0.03 to 0.707, that’s an insane pump, totally suspicious.
---
You reacted quickly, so smart. My friend got totally stuck, haha.
---
Funding rate actually dropped? Are they accumulating or just setting a trap for bigger fish?
---
Cutting losses fast makes you a winner. LUNC is too wild to touch.
---
This price action is basically whales playing mind games. Small traders have no chance of getting out alive.

lmao LUNC funding rates didn't spike during that 1500bps pump? that's mathematically sus ngl. either someone's running a coordinated accumulation strategy or the liquidity fragmentation is worse than i thought. classic MEV play waiting to happen imo.

Cut your losses and run, smart move. LUNC really isn’t worth touching.
Funding rates didn’t spike but actually dropped? That’s the most insane part.
Whales are quietly accumulating, same old trick.
