#比特币对比代币化黄金 Last year, I witnessed a pretty surreal case.

A friend's account was down to just 800U, and he was completely numb.

I didn't teach him any technical indicators, we just talked about the logic of position management.

Two months later, his account balance had grown to 7,400U.

The assets involved included $ACE, $PUFFER, and $1000LUNC.

**Looking back now, the whole process actually had three stages:**

**Stage One: Controlling Trial-and-Error Costs**

He initially used 300U as his starting position.
If his judgment was correct, he didn’t rush to add more; if it was wrong, it wouldn’t hurt his capital.
The biggest gain in this stage wasn’t profit, but finding a market rhythm he could understand.

**Stage Two: Reinvesting Profits but Leaving a Way Out**

After each profit, he would first transfer 30% to a cold wallet or stablecoin.
The rest stayed in the market, using the money earned to try for bigger opportunities.
His principal gradually snowballed in the process, but his risk exposure was always controllable.

**Stage Three: Establishing Strict Risk Control Rules**

After the account broke 5,000U, we set some hard rules:
- Single trade stop-loss not to exceed 8% of the account
- Don’t chase assets that have already risen more than 15%
- Reduce trading frequency when the trend is unclear

To be honest, this approach doesn’t sound very technical.

But once you put it into practice, you’ll find that **most people lose money not because they can’t predict the market, but because they can’t manage their positions.**

If you want to turn around a small account, it’s not about guessing the next 100x coin, but making sure every trade is within your control.

You can be wrong about the direction, but your position size can’t be reckless.

That’s the biggest lesson I’ve learned these past few years.

Damn, this is the real way to live—not gambling on luck, but managing your position size.

Damn, this position management logic is really amazing, and the key thing is that he actually carried it out.

Really, position management is the true art of survival; identifying the right direction is just the basic skill.

Damn, position management really is this simple. Before, I kept messing around with things like triangles and head-and-shoulders patterns, but I still ended up losing badly.

To put it simply, it's all about mindset management; all that technical analysis stuff is actually just empty talk.
