Saw some major news today, had to talk to you all about it.

SpaceX plans to go public in the second half of next year, aiming straight for an $800 billion valuation. What does that number mean? Higher than OpenAI, stronger than any unlisted unicorn, and right up there with the trillion-dollar club of Apple and Microsoft.

I don’t think Musk is simply looking to cash out or raise funds with this move.

**He’s building a new capital narrative system.**

Think about it: what happens with an IPO at the $800 billion level?

Sovereign wealth funds worldwide will need to adjust their allocations, pension funds and institutional investors will have to redistribute their tech stock budgets, and Wall Street’s strategic positions will shift as well. Even the investment heat in AI might get diverted.

To put it bluntly, this will create a massive capital vortex—everybody will have to consider whether to get in.

What Musk is playing now isn’t just storytelling. What he’s doing is much closer to:

**Redefining what “hard tech value” means through SpaceX as a super vehicle.**

Rockets, satellites, Starlink, Mars missions—put together, these are essentially telling the market: the infrastructure of the future isn’t on the ground, it’s in space.

And those who control space infrastructure will hold the initiative in the next round of global narratives.

So, this IPO isn’t really about how much the stock price will rise, but about getting global capital to accept one premise:

**SpaceX = one of the most certain tracks for the future.**

Once that consensus is established, everything else will follow naturally.

Musk is making big moves again, directly investing 800 billion into space infrastructure. This strategy is truly brilliant. To be honest, the IPO is just a front; the real business is getting global capital to play by his rules.
