#比特币对比代币化黄金 I've been thinking about a question lately: Between BTC and tokenized gold, which one is more suitable as a safe-haven asset?
Gold definitely becomes more liquid after being put on-chain, but Bitcoin's scarcity and decentralization seem more fundamental. Traditional finance people tend to trust the physical backing of gold more, while crypto natives might resonate more with the digital gold narrative of BTC.
What do you think? If you could only choose one to allocate, which would you pick?

NGL, Bitcoin's scarcity is the real deal, while tokenized gold still carries credit risk.

It must be BTC; with tokenized gold, you still have to rely on the vault's authority.

I still have more confidence in BTC. Tokenized gold, to put it bluntly, still depends on those centralized custodians. If something goes wrong, who's going to take the blame? Bitcoin is different—it's truly in your own hands, which feels much more secure. Tokenized gold just seems like an excuse to give traditional finance people some psychological comfort.

To be honest, if I really had to choose, I would still go all in on BTC. Tokenized gold just feels like a compromise product from traditional finance.

To be honest, tokenized gold is still a bit sketchy; you really have to be in the crypto space for a while to understand it.

To be honest, BTC is the real safe haven. With tokenized gold, you still have to rely on the custodian.

To be honest, tokenized gold is just a gimmick to me. If you really want a safe haven, it has to be BTC—decentralization is what makes it superior.
