Aave is indeed solid, but there have been quite a few risk events in the past two years. You really need to take a close look at the collateral.

nah tbh aave's fine until it isn't... learned that one the hard way when liquidity evaporated during that one incident. technically speaking, "proven track record" conveniently forgets like 3 separate edge cases that cost people actual money. solid? yeah if you ignore the user experience nightmare that is managing collateral ratios. saved you a few ETH by saying this
