#比特币对比代币化黄金 The head of the world’s largest asset management firm recently dropped a bombshell opinion.

BlackRock’s CEO Larry Fink and COO Rob Goldstein stated bluntly: tokenization will completely rewrite the very nature of assets. This sounds mysterious, but what they’re talking about isn’t some crypto speculation—it’s a total overhaul of the foundational logic of the entire financial system.

Imagine this scenario: the stocks, bonds, property deeds, and even currency you hold all become strings of code on the blockchain. Not some virtual mirage, but independently verifiable, real-time digital records. Transactions? Completed in seconds, skipping the pile of tedious middleman processes. The snail-paced SWIFT transfers? Tokenization makes them look like antiques. What’s more, formerly out-of-reach private assets can be held fractionally, letting ordinary people get a piece of the action.

The numbers are even crazier: in the past 20 months, the tokenization market has tripled in size. Fink compares the present moment to the internet in 1996—who could have imagined today’s world back then? His team even thinks this thing is developing faster than expected.

Of course, as things accelerate, regulations are catching up. After all, on-chain assets need new guardrails: how do you ensure buyer protection? Who covers counterparty risk? Traditional financial institutions and crypto-native teams are “building bridges,” aiming to create the ultimate digital wallet to manage all your assets.

If this move succeeds, the financial infrastructure may really be headed for its next generational leap. How long do you think this play will last?

Fink has finally said it—tokenization is really coming. But I still think regulation is the real bottleneck; technology alone isn't enough.

Fink is indeed bold for saying this, but tokenization has been talked about for so many years—the key issue is still how to overcome regulatory hurdles.

BlackRock getting involved this early shows that major institutions are seriously preparing... However, we still have to wait for regulatory frameworks to be established. No matter how aggressively people shout about it now, it's still just a castle in the air.

Fink is right, but when that day comes, will ordinary people really get a share? Heh, it all depends on who seizes the right to speak first.

Fink finally told the truth. Tokenization should have come a long time ago. That outdated SWIFT system really needs to retire.

Fink has finally figured it out. He should have done this a long time ago.
