Recently, major news has emerged in the market—the size of the US national debt has surpassed $30 trillion, with annual interest payments alone reaching $1.2 trillion. This figure already exceeds the annual GDP of many countries. Turbulence in traditional financial markets often triggers a reallocation of capital.

Historical experience tells us that when fiat currency credibility shows cracks, some funds will seek alternative assets. Gold is the traditional safe haven, while crypto assets like Bitcoin and Ethereum have gradually been included in some institutional portfolios in recent years. As the second-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, will Ethereum benefit from this round of capital rotation? This question is worth paying attention to.

Looking at the market, ETH is currently fluctuating around 3153. From a technical perspective, the MACD indicator's white and yellow lines have crossed above the zero axis to form a golden cross—this is usually seen as a bullish signal. However, the issue is that trading volume has not seen a significant increase. Rallies without volume support are often unsustainable.

Looking at key price levels: 3270 above is a clear resistance area; whether it can break through is uncertain. Downside support is distributed at 3065, 2945, and 2760. If volume continues to lag, even a golden cross may only lead to a short-term rebound rather than a trend reversal.

The current market is somewhat delicate—macro narratives are brewing, technical signals have appeared, but volume still hasn't followed through. At times like this, staying cautious is more important than blind optimism. The debt crisis may indeed drive capital into the crypto market, but exactly when and how this will happen still requires further confirmation signals. In terms of strategy, it's recommended to monitor changes in volume and watch for breakouts at key resistance levels—don't be misled by superficial technical indicators.

A golden cross is a golden cross, but this trading volume... uh, it's a bit awkward.

If the trading volume doesn't keep up, nothing else matters—looks like it's just another fake breakout.

If the trading volume doesn't follow up after a golden cross, it's just a feint. Don't be fooled.

Is the trading volume not following? Then the golden cross is meaningless. Let's wait and see.

A golden cross is useless without volume—it's just wishful thinking. I've seen this trick too many times.
