Fortunately, the 860 level held, and one big candle brought it back to 923. 10% trading on the swings — if you catch the money-making move, great; if not, you’ll get slapped in the face.

At 3 a.m. there was a drop, supposedly Trump announced plans to send troops to Venezuela to fight drug trafficking. Such geopolitical events need to be closely monitored; if actions start, risky assets will likely suffer, and BTC won’t be spared.

Right now the price is rising to 920, so the upside is, so to speak, open. The key point is whether it can hold at the 90144 and 88847 levels; if it holds at 960-980, something could be expected. Personally, I tend to think it could go higher. Although yesterday’s market was mostly balanced, the bullish sentiment is really starting to build.

From here on out, we need to take it step by step. The market movement in the next couple of days is very important — what I fear most is unexpected news disrupting the rhythm.

A few other major coins also responded with a V, but with varying strength. ETH and DOGE are clearly making money, some platform coins are a bit more stable, and $SOL is the strongest. Here are the technical levels: For ETH, watch 3100 to the upside, 2869 to the downside; for some platform coins, watch 950 up, 857 down; SOL, watch 144 up, 133 down; DOGE, watch 0.144 down, 0.156 up.

Overall, I still think there is downward pressure. If it really goes up, I recommend locking in profits. Historical data shows December isn’t often very favorable, and given various uncertainties, it pays to be cautious.

Yesterday on stream I opened a short at 905, set a stop loss at 920, and ended up getting stopped out. This is something to think about — when trading contracts, you must strictly follow your profit and loss rules, never hold a position, as such reversals can liquidate you in a minute.
