I don't buy into the so-called "breaking the circle" growth.
The premise for breaking the circle effectively is that you have value to offer. When you have nothing to offer, do you think anyone will pay attention to you?
I've been through those times when I was treated like a nobody at 18 sites. I remember very clearly, what I said was right, and it was later proven that I was right. But just because I was young, had no money, and no background, no one took what I said seriously.
If you want to grow, first learn to objectify yourself. Once you succeed in objectifying yourself, respect will naturally follow.
