There are phases in the market where trading feels productive, and phases where it quietly drains you.

Right now feels like the latter.

Volatility is high, sentiment is fragile and the charts tell more about fear than fundamentals. In this environment, chasing short-term moves often leads nowhere. You risk a lot and gain very little.

This feels like a better time to build slowly. Research, accumulate, follow teams that are still shipping even while price looks dead. Wealth here comes more from duration than reaction.

We are in one of those periods where not trading at all might actually put you in a better position. Sure, you might catch a few moves if you stay active, but in the bigger picture, you are not really missing much.
