Today's newbie science popularization time: stablecoin vs RWA

Recently, there are always people talking about stablecoins and RWA together, and newbies might feel a bit confused the first time they hear it? In fact, there is quite a big difference.

1️⃣ Money vs Things

▪️stablecoin (USDT/USDC): Digital dollars on the chain, holding it is like having "money," which can be spent at any time.

▪️RWA (Real World Assets): Real assets on the blockchain, like bonds, gold, houses, stocks, more like investing in financial management.

2️⃣ Different purposes

▪️Stablecoins mainly solve payment and trading liquidity issues.

▪️RWA is more like an investment target, helping you move traditional financial assets onto the blockchain.

3️⃣ Who uses it more?

▪️Stablecoin = The most commonly used by newbies for daily transfers and transactions, the "universal currency" of the Crypto world.

▪️RWA = Institutions prefer it, after all, it's a bond pool worth hundreds of millions of dollars, retail investors find it daunting.

4️⃣ Risk Perspective

▪️Stablecoin: The concern is "the issuer running away/regulatory tightening."

▪️RWA: The concern is "default of real-world assets / disconnection between on-chain and offline."

In summary:
▪️ stablecoin = cash on the chain
▪️ RWA = On-chain financial products
