Gate News reports that on March 16, NCAA “March Madness” will officially start on March 18, with 68 college teams across the United States competing in a single-elimination tournament to determine the champion.

Decentralized prediction market platform Polymarket shows real-time probabilities, with the top four universities in championship odds being: Duke University, which has the popular NBA rookie card of next season’s top pick Cam Reddish, ranked first with a 21% chance; the traditional powerhouse University of Michigan, ranked second with an 18% chance; the University of Arizona, ranked third with a 17% chance; and the defending champion University of Florida, ranked fourth with an 11% chance.

“March Madness” refers to the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament, the national championship of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). The event typically begins every March, featuring a single-elimination format, with a dense schedule and fierce competition.
