Foresight News reports that the UK High Court held an asset disposal hearing for 60,000 Bitcoin money laundering cases on February 16 and 17. According to the information disclosed during the hearing, over 11,300 Chinese victims intend to submit claims for compensation to the UK High Court, accounting for only 8.8% of the 128,409 victims. The deadline for claims in the UK is May 22.

Under Section 281 of the UK Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA), if someone claims that assets frozen or intended for confiscation by the government originally belong to them, they can apply for compensation to the UK High Court. On October 22, 2024, the UK authorized Blue Sky Grey victims to proactively pursue compensation by submitting evidence to the UK High Court, demonstrating that they are victims of the Blue Sky Grey case and have a relationship with the involved assets.
