January 28 News, Ripple announced that the second XRP Community Day will be held on February 11, 2026. This event is co-hosted by Ripple and RippleX, and will be conducted entirely online worldwide, featuring three regional X Spaces meetings covering the Americas, Europe and the Middle East & Africa, and Asia-Pacific regions. Ripple President Monica Long will deliver an important speech at the Americas session, focusing on why XRP remains a core asset in Ripple’s strategic ecosystem.

According to official disclosures, the Americas session will take place at 4:00 PM Eastern Time on February 11, hosted by Jacquelyn Melinek, CEO of Token Relations. Monica Long will review Ripple’s development path and respond to external questions about whether the company is weakening XRP’s positioning, clarifying XRP’s long-term role in payments, institutional business, and ecosystem layout.

XRP Community Day is positioned as an open platform for global XRP holders, developers, institutional participants, and community builders to exchange ideas, covering topics such as payment settlement, DeFi, tokenization, regulatory progress, financial markets, and the latest developments in the XRPL ecosystem. The event is free to attend, and users can register through the official page. Some Asia-Pacific users will join discussions on February 12 due to time zone differences.

Recently, Ripple management has repeatedly reaffirmed its long-term commitment to XRP. Brad Garlinghouse publicly stated in 2025 that XRP is a fundamental component of Ripple’s business architecture and described it as the core driver of the company’s growth. Monica Long’s public speech is seen as further strengthening and extending this position.

The event will also kick off with a fireside chat between Brad Garlinghouse and Tony Edward, host of Thinking Crypto, discussing XRP’s application progress in the institutional market, the acceptance of crypto assets in mainstream finance, and the community’s role in the ecosystem’s long-term stability.

Data shows that the first XRP Community Day was held in January 2025, attracting over 250,000 attendees from more than 50 countries, focusing on AMM, RLUSD stablecoin, and XRPL technology upgrades. The 2026 event is viewed as an important window for Ripple to once again clarify XRP’s strategic position.
