In comparison, Trump’s average approval rating during his first term in 2019 was 44%. At the same time, 51% of respondents have a negative view of Trump’s policies. 54% of respondents do not approve of his initial economic decisions after taking office. 55% of respondents are dissatisfied with his approach to inflation. Less than half of the respondents believe that the United States is on the right track. 55% of respondents approve of Trump’s current immigration policy, with a similar proportion supporting government reforms. Another 25% are against, and 18% see no significant change.
