The promotional event for the 4th China International Supply Chain Promotion Expo and the China-Kazakhstan Supply Chain Cooperation Seminar was successfully held on April 3 in Astana, Kazakhstan. The representative office of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) in Kazakhstan conducted a special promotion for the 4th Chain Expo, providing a detailed introduction to the achievements of previous Chain Expos, the preparations for the 4th Chain Expo, its innovative arrangements, and case studies of outstanding “supply chain lead enterprises,” and invited government and business figures from Kazakhstan to participate actively. After the promotion session, the CCPIT representative office in Kazakhstan signed letters of intent to participate and cooperation memorandums with Kazakhstan export promotion organizations, the Kazakhstan Foreign Trade Chamber, the China-Eurasia Business Council, the Kazakhstan Chemical Industry Alliance, and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Almaty). Subsequently, representatives from Huadian Overseas, Xi’an Aijiu, the Kazakhstan Institute of Power Industry Development and Energy Conservation, and the National Association of Oilseed Crop Processors held discussions and exchanges on supply-and-production-chain cooperation between China and Kazakhstan in areas such as energy and agriculture.
