China Jushi Huai'an launches annual 390 million meters electronic fabric production line

China Jushi Huai’an Company’s annual production line of 100k tons of electronic glass fiber and 390 million meters of electronic fabric was successfully ignited recently. The production capacity of this line accounts for 9% of the global market and is the largest single electronic glass fiber production line in the world, marking a new stage in the construction of the world’s first zero-carbon glass fiber intelligent manufacturing base. It is understood that this ignited production line is an important part of the world’s first zero-carbon glass fiber intelligent manufacturing base, which will provide high-end electronic information materials for emerging industries such as consumer electronics, 5G communications, and industrial control, and solidify the material foundation for the construction of the country’s new infrastructure. The supporting Phase II wind power project has an annual power generation of about 1.24 billion kWh, which can offset approximately 1 million tons of carbon emissions, achieving 100% green electricity coverage for glass fiber production, and contributing the “Chinese solution” to the green and sustainable development of the global glass fiber industry. As a leading enterprise in the global glass fiber industry, China Jushi currently holds a 23% share of the global electronic glass fiber market. The ignited production line integrates advanced technologies such as self-developed high-performance glass formulas, ultra-large pool kilns, and intelligent manufacturing, with 100% independent intellectual property rights. After commissioning, China Jushi’s electronic glass fiber production capacity will be further increased to approximately 28% of the global market. (Xinhua News Agency)
