Abstract generation in progress

Xi Bei Catering Group founder and chairman Jia Guolong is trying to find a new survival path for Xi Bei in its current difficulties. According to reports, Jia Guolong’s latest entrepreneurial project, “Tianbian Clay Pot Braised Noodles,” has quietly opened in Beijing’s 798 Art District. The new store’s main offering is the clay pot braised noodles characteristic of Jia Guolong’s hometown, Bamei. Recently, while visiting this new store, a reporter unexpectedly encountered Jia Guolong, who was inspecting the store in the kitchen, and had an exclusive conversation with him. “Xi Bei plans to close some stores. I hope a new brand can take over some of the stores and employees,” Jia Guolong told the reporter frankly. “Xi Bei still needs to develop the brand; in the future, some stores will be closed, some will be transitioned, and some core stores will be retained.” (Daily Economic News)
