BREAKING: Mo Gawdat, former chief business officer of Google X, issued one of his starkest warnings about artificial intelligence the technology already influences everyday decisions, could eliminate jobs in less than five years, and push humanity toward a stage of surveillance, manipulation, and conflict, far from any possible utopia of abundance.

Mo Gawdat stated that AI will cause unemployment of between 20% and 50% in some sectors, possibly in less than five years.
