People's Bank of China: Planning to amend certain provisions of the "Administrative Measures for Filing of Enterprise Credit Reporting Agencies"

To strengthen the regulation of corporate credit reporting agencies and further improve the filing and management level of corporate credit reporting agencies, the People’s Bank of China plans to amend certain provisions of the 《Administrative Measures for the Filing of Corporate Credit Reporting Agencies》 (issued by Document No. Yinfa〔2016〕253). It has drafted the 《Announcement on the Amendments to the Administrative Measures for the Filing of Corporate Credit Reporting Agencies (Draft for Comments)》, and is now publicly soliciting comments from the public.
