Duke Energy Florida is offering various financial assistance programs to help qualified customers with their energy bills, especially after the removal of storm cost recovery charges led to reduced residential bills. In 2025, approximately $30.5 million was provided to assist nearly 31,000 customers. The company partners with organizations like Share The Light Fund and LIHEAP to connect customers with resources, in addition to offering installment plans, due date extensions, and seasonal savings tips.
