China First Capital Futures: Stagflation Trading Pressures Global Stock Markets, IC and IM Break Through Support Levels and Decline

On March 23, the A-shares opened lower and continued to decline, with all three major indices falling more than 2%. The Shanghai Composite Index fell below 3,900 points, and nearly 5,000 stocks declined. The Shanghai Composite Index was down 2.5% at midday, at 3,858.18 points. Recent stagflation trading has pressured global stock markets, dragging down the A-shares. In the short term, the stock indices are still affected by geopolitical risks. Additionally, the previously high-level IC and IM have shown a need for a correction, and they have already broken down and fallen. Considering the support level at around 3,800, the downside space is limited. It is recommended to stay on the sidelines for now. (First Capital Futures)
