Fujian: Continuously innovate and develop the "Jinjiang Experience" and further deepen comprehensive reforms

On February 26, Zhou Zuyi, Secretary of the Fujian Provincial Committee and Director of the Provincial Committee for Deepening Reform, presided over the 17th meeting of the 11th Provincial Deepening Reform Committee. The meeting emphasized the need to continuously innovate and develop the “Jinjiang Experience,” focus on the concerns of private enterprises, respond to their demands, and deepen comprehensive reforms to create a more dynamic, eco-friendly, and vibrant environment for private sector development.

It is essential to break down access barriers and further activate the investment enthusiasm of private enterprises. Strictly implement the “National One List” management model, improve long-term mechanisms for private enterprises to participate in major projects, and ensure that various business entities share development opportunities more fairly, encouraging private enterprises to dare, want, and be able to invest.

The meeting also highlighted the importance of strengthening innovation empowerment to enhance the core competitiveness of private enterprises. Accelerate the construction of industry collaborative innovation platforms, improve mechanisms to promote the growth of specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, implement the “Talent-driven Chain” initiative, and promote private enterprises to strengthen independent innovation and transform their development methods.

Furthermore, efforts should be made to improve service quality and efficiency to generate new momentum for private sector development. Continue to strengthen legal protections, financial support, and entrepreneur cultivation, create a strong atmosphere that encourages entrepreneurs to start and grow their businesses, and fully support private enterprises in becoming stronger, better, and larger.
